We want to create a pop-up that works for first-time visitors with Californian IP addresses only who visit our website for the first time. We have only been able to segment the pop-up to trigger for all of the US in the Klaviyo menu. How do we segment even further so that only visitors from California trigger the pop-up?

Unfortunately, we cannot segment more granular than a specific country or region when targeting IP addresses, so specific states aren’t possible at this time. If you gathered this property from known profiles, you could show the form to only those in a segment a ‘California” property, however, this isn’t possible for unknown or first-time visitors.
However, I am more than happy to submit this as a feature request on your behalf!
