"discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart"

Hello,

Complete newbie here!

I have installed Klaviyo and followed the onboarding but have come unstuck on the welcome pop up.

I created a published the pop up and tested it on my desktop.  My offer is £5 off first order, but I added a minimum spend of £30.

I added £20 of items to my cart and when I add the unique voucher code I get a message that says “discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart”.

I don’t know if this is because the minimum order has not been met, in which case the message is very misleading.

Or could it be that some of the items in my basked were already discounted through cross-sells and upsells?

I was hoping for live support but it doesn't seem to exist hence me asking on here.

Any help gratefully received :)

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello @Charming beads  You are seeing that message because you have set the minimum spend to £30.

I understand the message is misleading but this is how Klaviyo is setup to work.

Okay I can see the help in here is about as much use as the non existent Klaviyo support.
