I set up a form on a list that has the double opt-in setting set up. When testing, i would sign up and i would receive my confirmation email to confirm my subscription. Unfortunately i had to re-install my Shopify template and thats when i stopped receiving the confirmation emails when i tested my form. I have checked and double checked EVERYTHING and yet when i fill out my form and submit i do not get any type of confirmation email AT ALL. Not in spam, not in promotions….zero, zilch, nothing.
I need help to get this to work again as I dont know what is going on.

Are you trying to subscribe to the same form with same email? If you are already subscribed you won’t be getting the confirmation because you are already part of that list so maybe try subscribing with a different email that is not already subscribed.

To add to what Bobi said, if you dont have a different email to test this, use your own email again but add +number to your email and then signup again
example - john+1@gmail.com (this will be treated as a different email but will use your own inbox to receive emails.
