Email not received from embedded form

I have set up three lists, one of which is linked to an embedded form that is integrated on my shopify page. When i test, my email does not reach the inbox.

What i been looking at:

  • I have the free version to test around and i’ve probably sent about twenty emails in total
  • I have checked all lists and my segment for email audience but no double-opt in is active
  • I have checked my whole email but the mail is nowhere to be found
  • I have controlled the sending list on my embedded form

Do anyone have any additional ideas?

@Emil I'm assuming with testing you mean signing up through the embedded form. If so, please keep in mind that this will only work the first time you sign up, meaning that if your email address is already part of that specific list you're already subscribed to that list. You can subscribe if you're already subscribed so any subsequent tests won't work.

Also please check your flow settings to make sure you don't have any filters that limit your email address from entering again.
