Hi! I am seeing users report that the embed forms do not load on Brave Browser with ‘shields up’ which is the default loading state for Brave. Is anyone else seeing this and is there a fix?

Hey @wowcool ,

Brave Browser has a built in “shield”  which is considered an ad blocker and is caught by Klaviyo. The “Shield” prevents websites from tracking your movements from site to site. Since Klaviyo’s code is built to follow your customers journey, the shield is blocking Klaviyo. What is “Shields” from Brave, goes further into what the shield is and how it works. You can disable this globally in your browser or site-by-site. Configure your browser to be able to view your embedded forms through Brave. However, your forms will render fine on other major browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
