Hello!

We have a page on our website where we embedded one of our Klaviyo sign-up forms.
At first it worked without any issues, then we started noticing that sometimes the form just doesn’t load. This happens randomly on both mobile and desktop browsers, we couldn’t find any patterns relating to this occurrence.

When the form doesn’t load, you can only see its borders, as seen in the picture below:

Since the content doesn’t load, the borders appear as a white line.

Once the page is reloaded, the form functions as it should.

This is a major issue since our site visitors have no way of knowing that there should be a sign-up form where the white line is. Therefore, they will probably not reload the page and thus won’t submit our form.
This is the page in question:

Could you please provide some form of solution or an explanation as to why this happens?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Csaba Pallag

Is this still an issue? I went to https://mynds.ai/ingyenes-konzultacio/ and the forms appeared without an issue. Here is more information on troubleshooting forms as well.

I’m having the same issue except on a Shopify site… Were you able to find a solution?

I understand how frustrating it is when your Klaviyo sign-up form fails to load, impacting user experience and conversions. This issue is often caused by script conflicts, lazy loading, or caching problems. To resolve this:

  1. Ensure the Klaviyo script loads last on your page, ideally before </body>.
  2. Exclude the form container from lazy loading.
  3. Add a fallback message (e.g., “Loading...”) to guide visitors.

I can help troubleshoot and implement these fixes. Feel free to reach out for assistance!
