Hi so we have an issue with our local brick and mortar shop being flooded by people asking for 10% off, because on our website we have a pop up for this. We only want this pop up to be shown to non local people.
I can see exclude for large regions like the whole of the UK but can I exclude just for a county?
Create a segment in your Klaviyo account with the criteria “Properties about someone, Location (City, State, Country, etc) equals X” for the location you want to exclude.
Use the "Target visitors in a list or segment" setting in the signup form behavior.
Choose this segment to exclude users from seeing the form if they are in the specified location.
Note:
This method only works for users whose locations Klaviyo has already identified.
It won’t work for users using private/incognito browsers, VPNs, or those not identified by Klaviyo's cookies.
