Hello community. I would like to create an exit intent popup with a countdown. This should count down for 15 minutes. This is not a problem at first. In the 15 minutes the customer should get X% discount on the shopping cart. After the 15 minutes, the discount should expire. How can I implement this?
thanks

Thanks for jumping in here @ArpitBanjara - completely agree with all of those pieces!
One small piece to add for @Thomas0807 - you can also add the coupon code directly to the signup form in a step - this way the customer doesn’t have to switch across to their email application. Instructions on how that works are here.
Welcome to the Klaviyo community and thank you for your question!
For something like this where you are looking to use gamification in popups, I would probably look to build these out using a dedicated tool like Justuno.
They have built in timers and you can use the popups across the site based on different criteria including exit intent.
No its not possible to create countdown timer natively in klaviyo, you will have to use apps like Just uno, Privy, optinmonster like @DavidV said,
plus you wont be able to create a coupon code with 15 min deadline, the minimum is 1 hour coupon code expiry time. also not possible for you to do 0.5 hours as well (or anything in decimal)
Ok. Minimum for a coupon is one hour. How implemented this in my exit intent popup? As a code, that the costumer have to use? I was hoping it would work automatically, that the customer would click on the shopping cart in the popup and the discount would then be deducted automatically.
In your klaviyo form, create and set a list in which all the new subscribers who submit the form will go into
This list will now trigger the flow and the first email will have the coupon code.
You can set the links in this email so that when they are redirected to your website, the coupon code directly applies to the cart during checkout. please read this article on how to do this - How to add link that applies a coupon code to a Shopify cart

I have created the coupon with a time limit, unfortunately I cannot create any codes. The link add codes is missing. Only appears if the code should never expire. I think that's why the link to the cart doesn't work. I tried it without codes and the link goes to 400.
