Hi I have a form what currently says there have been 200 odd submitted forms. However I only have 80 people in the list. 

The form has 2 steps, with a 10ish% conversion of step 1 and 80ish% on step 2. 

why do I only have 80 odd subscribers if 244 have engaged in step 1? Note I dont have any indication of unsubscribes 

My only conclusion is either people are already in another list and so dont get added to this new list? Even if the form submission rate counts 1 for first step and anothe 1 for second step (so my total subscribers would be half of the amount of submits) it still doesnt make much sense because it says I have had 244 people engaged in step 1 alone (step one is asking for their email), 

Whats going on?
