I want to make a signup popup form that has three buttons. Button one - on press should show Email / Date field and press claim offer button the same page should add the user to the list and send them a discount coupon. Button Two - on press should show email data field and press claim offer should add the user to a separate list and send them the discount code in an email. Button three , the same way should provide email field and form submit should send them discount code and add them to a different list. How can I get this setup done.
