How can I make the next step of my form send a user to a different URL?

I have set up a sign-up form and when you click submit, it goes to the “success” page.  This is an embedded form on a web page. For Facebook  Ads tracking, I need the success page to have a separate URL but it has the same URL as the sign-up form. How can it be set up so that the success page has a separate URL?

Do you mind sharing what webpage you’re putting the form on and the intent of your form? If you go to your form builder, you can change the button’s intended action by clicking on it and changing the action dropdown form ‘Submit to List’ > Go to URL. From there you can input the intended URL and behavior of the form instead of showing the success message.
