I want to know how to redirect a custom sign-up form to Klaviyo. In other words, I want to know how to automatically add a customer to a Klaviyo list and trigger automations when they sign up through my website using the custom sign-up form.

Unfortunately the Klaviyo Community team cannot provide support for custom setups. Your best bet to getting this working would be to work with your developer or IT team. They will be able to help you use our API documentation to build out the communication between your custom signup form on your Wordpress website.
If you need to find a developer to help, you can checkout the Developer group here in the community, or you can visit our Agency directory to find someone who can help you get this accomplished
