Hello, I’m working with a B2B client - Looking to fix our Custom Product Request Form (A form that allows new/repeat clients to reach out when they’d like to order bulk custom products) It works great for the fist submission, but clients like to reorder and we are trying to automate some of that process. We use a Klaviyo Embedded form on Shopify if that helps.
Currently - When submitted, this form adds users to list “Custom Request”
This triggers a flow that will send an internal alert to staff about order variables (products, quantity, due date, personal info)
Problem - Clients can only be added to this list once, therefore - repeat submissions for clients looking to re-order or order a new product/design are not being processed. Or simply, we are receiving no internal alert for 2nd time+ orders.
Attempted solutions - Creating new flow triggers:
Attempt 1
Trigger - When a profile submits form with ID XXXXXX
Notes: Klaviyo wont recognize the unique form id and populate the flow - (If someone can help me fix this that may solve the issue)
Attempt 2
Trigger - When profile is added to Segment X
Segment X being: What someone has done - submitted form - at least once in the last 24 hours
Notes: This segment populates, but no internal alerts are sending - I tried this with unique form ID as well but it does not show any profiles when I’ve submitted multiple tests with different emails - How frequently are the flows checking for new profiles on a segment based flow?
Attempt 3: Currently trying to find a way to use the Hulk form app on Shopify to link to the Klaviyo list and flow. The Hulk Form App allows users to submit multiple times, but is not linked with Klaviyo.
