How do I create a sign up/subscribe sign up page that lives on shopify

I need help getting started this this. Ideally I would be able to have a subscribe link that lives on my Shopify website that I can create QR codes with and be able to post that URL in other places. I want those emails to go to a segment I have on Klaviyo, how do I start? Is it even possible?

A great place to start would be by reviewing this guide:How to embed a sign-up form on your websiteAfter creating the form, you will copy your embed code from the Targeting & Behavior section, and paste this code on to your site:Here is how to do this for Shopify.
