Do you mean you would like to collect SMS consent at checkout? If so, I’d take a look at our insight help center documentation to help you install this to your checkout page. However, if you mean you actually want a fly out or popup signup from to appear on the checkout page, that is definitely something doable in Klaviyo! In your form building > Targeting & Behavior > By URL > Only Show On Certain URLs > insert your checkout URL.

If you’re running into problems, I would ensure that the Klaviyo.js file is appropriated installed on your site as it is required to install and publish Klaviyo signup forms.

Thanks so much you getting back to me.  As it turns out everyone else could see the SMS check box but I couldn’t for some reason.  So I guess its there.

I may want to do the flyout thing one of these days so I’ll keep that information handy.
