So I have multiple forms on my website. I want users who submit the form to have an option to opt in or opt out of email marketing.

  • If they opt in, then they will be added to EMAIL MARKETING - YES list.
  • If they do not select anything or select no, then NOTHING should happen. Their previous profile property or YES or NO should stay the same.
  • If they select no, then NOTHING should happen. Their previous profile property or YES or NO should stay the same.

How do I add that to my forms?
