Is there a way to understand revenue driven from a specific form (based on all emails sent to people who signed-up to a specific form)?

Hey @Leo Pure Electric, Thanks for reaching out to the Community!  

Yes, I believe that is something your can look at. I pulled together an example of how this could be set up in our Reports Library below.  I used a Single Metric Deep-Dive report, looked at Placed Order Value and grouped it by the $Source Profile Property. 

The $Source Property is a hidden field included in all forms. If you’re not sure what the $source is for a particular form, it’s most likely the name of your form unless you change it, but you can check by going into the form editor and selecting the form button and looking under Submit Hidden Fields
