i have this issue that when my popup shows with the image i added on it and press X to close it, it shows again without the image so i have to press X twice for it to go, anyone having the same issue or have had the same issue?

I haven’t seen this behavior before. Do you have multiple Signup Forms that are Live with the same Targeting/Behavior rule? For example, did you duplicate the Form and turned both of them Live?
never happened to me. But as mentioned make sure no duplicate signup form are live and can check this box to avoid showing multiple forms at same time.
yes i have 2, one for mobile alone and one for desktop alone, could it be the issue?

In other words, make sure the Desktop shows only on Desktop and Mobile only shows on Mobile - that might be why you have two popups if they are both on “Both desktop and mobile.”
