I have two popups available with a loading delay and they both appear in a single page. I was wondering if there was a way to change the behavior to prevent another popup if one is already shown.

Is this possible?

Hello @jon@zeitbike.com,

Great question!

If you were using a Klaviyo built signup form, at this time, Klaviyo does not offer a behavioral setting such as the one described of preventing a form from appearing if another one is already present. I’ll share this feedback with our Product team though!

Alternatively, you may be able to accomplish this using custom/legacy forms. Because these types of forms are built using HTML/CSS, their behaviors and settings would be whatever you program into them. To learn more about building and using custom/legacy forms, I would suggest reviewing the following Help Center Articles:

In addition, since these forms are custom, I would suggest working with a developer or finding a Klaviyo partner who can further assist you in building or troubleshooting these type of forms.

I hope this helps!

David
