Issue with website formatting after closing mobile form?

Hey all - has anyone else had an issue with their website glitching once you close out of the sign-up form on mobile? By glitching, I mean that the content view shifts - the left half of the screen is your website but the right half of the screen is completely blank. If you refresh the site it fixes itself, but obviously not a good customer experience.

Here are a few other details:

  • Believe it only happens on Apple devices
  • Seems to be a mobile issue
  • Happens on both Safari and Chrome
  • We had this happen once before and were able to fix it simply by duplicating the form and then pushing that ‘new’ one live. I’ve tried that this time, but no luck

Appreciate any insight people may have!

Thanks for sharing all this helpful information and the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken so far.

Have you investigated if there’s any conflicting CSS on the backend of your site? When odd things happening display wise on your website, it’s always a good idea to investigate this option. Here are some other similar popup issues where conflicting CSS was the issue!
