Our Klaviyo is integrated with Shopify and we have a sign up form set up through Shopify. I’m wondering which sign up form is better to have though, the one through Shopify or one through Klaviyo? And why?

While the decision is ultimately up to you and your business goals, I would encourage the use of Klaviyo forms as you can use all the personalized data and activity from your customers that is stored in Klaviyo to boost form interaction and performance!
Additionally, using your forms in Klaviyo will offer you the opportunties to evaluate list growth connected to your Klaviyo forms and other kinds of robust reporting in Klaviyo!
