Not receiving the double opt-in email?

Hello, 

I'm having problems with my newsletter subscription. 
New subscribers are not receiving the double opt-in email? 
The list is set up to send double opt-in. 

What could be wrong?

To confirm, have you checked the spam folder for the double opt-in email? If your a new brand, it’s possible that as you are in the beginner stages of building your sending reputation as a reliable, good sender, inboxes are still weary of your messages and they are sent to the spam folder. I’d test this journey yourself to see what happens. 

 

If that is the case, we have lots of resources to check out on how to grow inboxes’ trust of your sending so you land in the inbox. I’d suggest checking out these resources if that’s the case!
