Have you been able to test this on the clients website?
Are you able to share the site so we can take a quick look for you?
Also in addition to the reports of it not working, has it been isolated to a particular browser? ie; Chrome, Safari? etc, whilst this may not directly help resolve the issue it would be great to narrow down the issue.

We do test in different browsers, desktop, mobile iOS and Android. It looks like it’s now back working normally, before we were able to identify what was causing it.
