Popup font not rendering correctly on website (Shopify Hosted)

Hey Klaviyo Community!

I am having a rough time with my popups. Within the Klaviyo popup builder, everything looks formatted perfect. However, when you visit the website (www.shopgreytones.com) all of the fonts are not formatted correctly. Parts will be wrong sized, others will be be bold.

Not 100% sure how long this issue has been happening (didn’t originally occur after initial setup). I like to update them quarterly to add fresh content. I am on a paid Shopify theme that has not been altered in code at all. I read a couple older threads that mentioned this could have been the result of some CSS edits.

Appreciate any help someone may have!

Welcome to the community@SilvzIt looks like the form has introduced some additional span tags between “Would you like 10% off” and “your first order?”which is messing with font formatting. I removed those (not on your live site!) and it looks OK.I suggest you edit your form, copy/delete that text, paste it back as plain text (or type it again), andthen adjust the font size.Let me know if that works OK for youRegardsAndy
