Hi,

I made a popup form on Klaviyo but isn’t appearing on my Website.

The Online Javascript is on, the form is Live. The integration says that is all good.

 

The Integration between Klaviyo and Shopify are good and have already have data of transations collected a year ago.

Just the popup isn’t working

If the integration is good, then it’s likely that the issue is with the form's ‘Targeting and behaviour’ settings.

Can you share what your set-up is under that section for Display and for Targeting?

Hi Arpit,

I put the original images and there you can see that the integration is ok.

I already saw that page that you sent and the only thing that is not quite equal is the colour of the “Ok” button on the customize template. I send the image below

The Klaviyo JS button in your Shopify theme’s app embeds is enabled OK. You can also check all is OK by reviewing your metrics here: https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/metrics and that you’re seeing profiles under Active on site (once they are cookied)

From the settings you’ve shared, the pop-up won’t appear for 5-days once you’ve tested and closed it.

What you haven’t shared is your form’s targeting settings. If that’s set to exclude existing profiles or segments, then it may not display on your test visits from a Klaviyo cookied device/browser.

Have you tested your pop-up with an Incognito browser?

Thanks for the url via DM @Disaine 

Your setting means that the pop-up will only appear if the url has both utm parameters included.

If you add this to the end of your url:

?utm_source=popup&utm_medium=homepage

The pop-up appears OK on page load (below). It should work for you too with an incognito session.

If you don’t intend for the pop-up to appear only for those UTM parameters in the URL, you need to delete them from your form.

@Disaine & @bluesnapper thank you so much for this interaction. I have the same issue with a pop-up. I also have a shopify store that’s embedded with klaviyo & it’s live.
 

I’m confused as what needs to say for the url & utm. Can someone help me please?
