Hello Klaviyo Community! This is my first post here, although I've been working in email marketing for the past 5 years.

I’ve worked with several companies, mostly from Latin America, and I’ve used up to 10 different Klaviyo competitors or local alternatives.

I trust Klaviyo as my No. 1 go-to email platform for Shopify stores, especially after seeing that Shopify has acquired a significant share in the company. This alignment of incentives gives me confidence in Klaviyo's compatibility with Shopify in a way other email platforms may lack.

In the past few weeks, while doing extensive and in-depth work on Klaviyo for a tech store, I found a few areas that I think could be improved or seem somewhat broken.

  1. Klaviyo Embed Form Section on Shopify: I’m listing this as No. 1 because it has been the most problematic. We attempted to create a page within the store and embed a Klaviyo form so customers could subscribe for a coupon to use at a new location we’re opening next week.

    At first, it looked nice, but then it got weird. On some devices, the form didn’t even show up. I checked in different Chrome sessions on the same computer (Windows 11), and in some it appeared, while in others it did not.

    When I returned to the Shopify page editor, I noticed that the "Embed Form ID" was blank, as if it hadn’t saved. I’m certain I had saved it, but I went ahead and saved it again along with all other page changes. However, the issue persisted.

    We eventually gave up and added a link to a Google Form instead.

  2. Share Link to Subscribe Form: While trying to solve issue No. 1, I discovered the “share subscribe link” for the list, but it was hard to find and not located where I expected.

    I would love it if, as competitors offer, Klaviyo allowed us to create a form that could be shared as a standalone page with its own link. A simple "landing page form" dedicated solely to collecting subscriptions. It would also be wonderful to have the option of sharing embedded forms as standalone pages.

  3. Share Links to Email Previews Without Login Requirement:

    I’m accustomed to sharing email preview links with clients to gather feedback quickly.

    In Klaviyo, I found that this is possible, but the client needs to be logged in to view the preview.

    It’s not difficult to do, but most clients are busy, and this added step creates friction in my feedback process. I even lost a day trying to coordinate with a client to ensure they understood how to log in to review the work.
