Hi there, I am wanting to create a sign up form that will link to a QR code that goes into my product packaging.

So, I want it to trigger a specific flow, but not visible on my website.

How do I do that?

I want to encourage people to sign up once they receive the box, but I want the messaging and flow to be different to my sign up form that I currently have embedded on my website.

Hi @twiggpuzzles

Thanks for being a part of our community! If you are planning to include a QR code in your product packaging and do not want to have the form visible on your website, you can have the QR linked back to a form that is on a page that is not linked to on your website.

Then the form can be connected to a list that triggers a list-triggered flow. This approach will make sure that the messaging and flow is different from your sign-up form that you currently have embedded on your website.

I hope this helps!

Hi @chloe.strange

your answer is helpful to me too, but I have one follow up question:
“page that is not linked to on your website.” → Do you simply mean a page that exists (and is visible) but there is no possibility to click on it from the website, so there is no link to it? How would you do that?

We are facing a similar problem: We want to get new customers offline and send them to a specific offer with a new email flow :)

Thank you!
