Are you trying to embed a Klaviyo Signup Form within the contents of a Shopify Page or as part of a Shopify Template?  And, which Shopify Theme are you using?

If you are doing the latter, then you need to place the embed form (as HTML) where you want the form to appear as part of the overall template design.  In some Shopify Themes, you can add these as additional elements.  If your Theme doesn’t support it, then you can also add it via the Template Editor but that would require some HTML/CSS coding experience.

Hey @skyangelcafe - Adding to the retention answer. And HTML form code is probably the best route for your Shopify pages. A quick copy/past of that code can be an easy setup.
