Hi everyone,
I need some help with my Shopify store which is linked to Klaviyo.
I have multiple Klaviyo sign-up forms on my Shopify store which all link to different lists in Klaviyo. That side of it works great, however, no matter what form is filled out, all customers get added to Shopify as a customer. How do I prevent that from happening to specific sign-up forms or lists?

Happy to help!
Do you mean that when a customer fills out a Klaviyo form on your website they get added in Shopify’s backend as a customer, versus a normal profile, before they buy anything? If so, I’d suggest getting in touch with Shopify support to rectify this issue as it’s happening in a different platform than Klaviyo.

Yes, as soon as any Klaviyo form is completed on my site, that person gets added as customer into Shopify! I shall get in touch with them.
