You need to make sure you adjust the "Show again X days after closing" setting properly. (Setting this value to more than 1 day (ideally at least 5 or more days) ensures that once a visitor closes the form during their session, it won't reappear right away or with every new page visit)

Also you could set the "Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles" targeting behavior so that anyone who is already subscribed to your list will not see this form on the site
