I’m driving myself insane going back and forth with this. I have Klaviyo pop up newsletter enabled and integrated with Shopify. It seems when someone is adding to cart, it’s not syncing with Shopify to tell me. Can someone take a look at this screenshot and confirm if this person has signed up to marketing? It is confuses where it says ‘form submitted’ - did this person submit by sign up form? I understand why they wouldn’t show up in my abandoned cart if they didn’t, but then how does Klaviyo have their email address? I did two abandoned cart tests tonight and neither of them are showing up :(

Hello!
The only two things I can think of without seeing your setup is:
- you have double opt-in enabled on your list and the user hasn't confirmed their subscription.
- the Shopify integration within Klaviyo isn't subscribing users to your newsletter list.
Double check these settings and let me know how you go!
