Sign-up form and embedded form not appearing on my shopify store

Hey there :)

There’s two issues appearing although forms seem to be successfully installed on the website.

Pop-up isn’t appearing on the website. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting article although everything seems to be integrated correctly and conditions and triggers are set accordly.
There’s two embedded forms which aren’t appearing on the website on the homepage and footer. Please see the link below.

I have added code in custom html but it not visible on frontend > https://prnt.sc/IcWRyBGmCMAa

Also I've added it in footer although its only visible on customization sometimes not on frontend > https://prnt.sc/HQNkZkGJ0v4R

Please help!

Hi there @misslouise,Welcome to the Community.I think the first step for us to understand what might be going on would be to ensure that there is only a single instance of the Klaviyo.js script on your site.After that, I would like to ask if you have tried following our troubleshooting guide, specifically the section regarding form behaviors and installation. Are you currently testing on the same profile you always use or are you running an incognito instance with a cleared cookie/cache browser? Sometimes, we find that users have put on certain form behaviors for sign up/flyouts (example below):Certain form behaviors could limit people from seeing the forms again once submitted/viewed depending on your form settings. Additionally, please check to see that all forms are set to LIVE.Also can you confirm that the embed code was not placed in a Shopify form body? We have specific steps to embed this on your site so this could also be a good area to check.Thank you!Alex
