Sign up form EMAIL (not pop up)

Question

Hi All,

I am looking for ways to create an email to ask for my customer’s information like thier digital wallet address for a whitelist project or name and other details. badically to make a questionare somthing that can colelct few fields of input but I dont want this as a pop up form. I want to send an email. I cant seem to find a way to do it.

Hi Lisa,Here’s a couple of suggestions that may work for what you’re looking to do:You can create a form in Klaviyo and embed it on your site:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006897412-Guide-to-Where-to-Paste-a-Form-s-Embed-CodeOR, if the questionnaire is more involved, look into Typeform (or something similar that integrates with Klaviyo - although Typeform is great - we’ve used it a number of times to build subscriber profiles)Once they fill out the questionnaire, the answers get added to the subscribers profile.Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply.I have to use this as an email that goes out. Can I still use the option 1 in the email?
