With our footer sign up form contacts are being passed through into our newsletter list, but we’re not seeing any form analytics - it all shows as 0, but we know this isn’t the case in testing the form.
Any clues on why this might be?

Have you replaced your Shopify sign up form code with the embed code for that signup form? If your site still has the original Shopify form code, then Klaviyo can still accept subscribers, but can’t track signup form analytics. You can follow the instructions at the link above to embed your Klaviyo form and start collecting subscribers that way!
That said, you don’t have to use Klaviyo’s embed forms: we’re able to capture subscribers through your Shopify forms, and you can keep using those as long as you want. Using Klaviyo’s embed forms is completely optional.
