 Hii,

I am experiencing the same issue described below:

It appears that my WordPress theme is blocking the Klaviyo form. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how to prevent it ?

Thank you,

Martina

Hi there @martina12

Happy to help!

I would investigate these items first to isolate what might be happening here:

  • find your klaviyo .js script in the backend of your site by going to your website > view source > control + f ‘klaviyo’. This process will allow you to confirm first that there is script on your site that would provide you to publish klaviyo forms on your site.
  • Ensure you form if it’s popup or flyout is ‘live’ in your klaviyo form builder and isn’t showing to a certain list or segment that would prevent you from testing or seeing it. Also ensuring you don’t have any popup/ ad-blockers that would prevent you from seeing the form.
  • If it’s embed, ensure you also add the <div> code of the form is installed in your site.

Let me know if you’re still having issues after testing these steps!
