Hi there,
I am having a problem with my Klaviyo sign up form.
Sometimes it is appearing and sometimes not?
Some people and can see it and others not?
Please can you help me sort this out.
I have a shopify theme - Launch?

Hi Don, Thank you so much for this.
I found that I had a double javascript loaded on my site and so have asked to remove the one.
How do I go about checking the cookies and cache for my browser, as dont want anything I do to affect my site?
I am a real novice at all of this.

Each browser has slightly different instructions for clearing cache & cookies. I am attaching the guide for Google Chrome here and Firefox here. If you use another browser, I recommend looking into the instructions per their support documentation. The documentation also explains the impact of clearing cache & cookies.
