Sign-up form's teaser disappear after user refresh the page

Forum|alt.badge.img

I have a sign-up form in my home page, it can display based on the settings in Klaviyo(timing and targeting). And when I close the sign-up form, the teaser can be shown correctly. Buy when I refresh the page, the teaser disappear. I suppose the teaser should be always shown even user refresh the webpage. Is there any other settings should I do?

Hi @Jason5680

I think what’s happening with your teaser is based on your frequency control for displaying the pop-up.

If your ‘frequency’ setting under ‘Display’ is, for example, ‘After a visitor closes this form, show again after 5 days’ then the pop-up won’t appear again to them once they’ve closed it until 5 days later. That also means the teaser won’t appear within that 5-day period as they won’t see the form to be able to close it (which is your current trigger for the teaser)

I’d set the teaser to ‘before displaying form and after form is closed’

Let me know how you get on.

Regards

Andy

Hello @Jason5680 . Your setting are correct and the teaser should be visible. But i would suggest also choosing “Show Close Button” for better UX.

The first think i would do is check if on page refresh Klaviyo’s forms javascript is loading correctly. I can see no reason why not but this is the only thing that makes sense right now.
