Hi, I don’t know why my sign up form disappeared from desktop view, I didn’t make any changes in the setting. It still shows up on mobile;

Thank you for sharing this question with us.
When I visited your site on desktop, I was able to see the form (on the bottom-left of your homepage). Can you check again to see if it is populating for you?
If not, this leads me to believe you have a browser, plug-in or firewall enabled preventing the form from populating. I would also try viewing the form from another browser and/or an incognito window to confirm.
