I have noticed that our sign up forms (embed and pop-ups) are not showing on mobile devices with VPN turned on.
Is there any technical reason why this might happen?
We have not turned on any location settings.

Technically, just because a VPN is being used, that doesn’t mean that all forms shouldn’t show. Most likely what is happening is that the VPN you are using has a setting on it that is blocking the forms from displaying.
I would investigate the type of VPN you’re using to see what settings would cause the forms not to render. For example, our forms require that the klaviyo.js for your account be loaded on the site in order for the forms to render, so I'm wondering whether it is possible your VPN is conflicting with this in some way. Additionally, I’d check for any console errors you might see when accessing your Developer Console on the site, which could steer you in the right direction too!
