I’ve a sign-up form that is looking to map a text input for address fields and store them in a profile.
I’m using:
Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip but these properties don’t seem to actually update in Klaviyo. I notice that these are actually Klaviyo properties and have tried with and without $.
Does anyone have any tips to what might be going wrong here?
Thank you for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.
Keep in mind that “Address 1” and “Address 2” will not explicitly show up on the profile but they can be exported from Klaviyo. In short, you would export a list or segment and then select “Address 1” and/or “Address 2” from the menu to export this information along with their email addresses.
The Zip and City should be visible from the profile under Contact > Location.
If you do not notice these fields on this section of the profile, I recommend double-checking the Profile Property field on the sign-up form, to ensure you have the correct profile property mapped. These should be “Zip Code” and “City”, no $ included when collecting these properties through a sign-up form.
I hope that helps! Thanks and have a wonderful day.
