Hi There I’ve been setting this up, but I get one single code discount at the success of the sign up and another single code discount on the email, Can it be the same per email?

To confirm, you have ensured you are using the same code in your success message of your form and flow, yet are getting two different codes? One code should be given for one coupon per profile.
Can you confirm this is happening to multiple profiles?
