My sign-up pop up used to work with Shopify but it suddenly stopped. I’ve looked at all the targeting and it looks okay (I’ve even tried to make it visible to everyone but it still doesn't work). When I look at Integrations, Shopify is still on there so I’m unclear on why this sign up won’t show even though it’s live.
Does anyone have any suggestions

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post!
The typical reason that this happens is due to the onsite tracking not being installed correctly. When you go to your website > right click > view page source > search for klaviyo_id, is there anything there? most likely the onsite tracking code snippet is not installed on your shopify store anymore. In the integrations section of your account you can also check the onsite tracking and you might likely have something that looks like this:
You will want to go into your Shopify account and update these settings to allow klaviyo to install onsite tracking which will allow your signup form to show.
