Why is my Popup form border still appearing even after removing?

@Klum House are you still seeing a border around your teaser and an box around the ‘X’ button on your site’s form? When we see occurrences like this, where the form is previewing correctly in the form builder, but not rendering on site the same way, it more often times than not is a site’s CSS issue. Since Klaviyo can’t investigate and change the backend of your code, we recommend reaching our to your developer, or  a Klaviyo partner, to investigate your CSS styling related to the form to locate the interference an fix the issue!
