Hello all,

I am attempting to get a sign up form popup on my wordpress/woocommerce website.

After creating the form I clicked the “Install Code Snippet” button to retrieve the script, I then pasted it into the “Code Snippets” plugin within Wordpress in the Global Header (the same global header snippet I use for Facebook Pixel, Tiktok Pixel, Google analytics, etc.)

I checked the source code of my site and have confirmed the script is in my header.

When I try to verify the installation it is saying “Unable to detect that sign-up forms are successfully installed on your site”

I have absolutely no idea why this could be the case. Any info on why this is happened?

I have checked the klaviyo plugin to confirm it’s connected and Klaviyo is receiving all events/orders from my site.

Website here: https://avantsamples.com/

Snippet code: <script async type="text/javascript" src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=RNyWMN"></script>

Screenshot of error: https://gyazo.com/f1df54474e3ebe745861fe2cd32588e2

If I can provide any other information just let me know!

Hi there @Sceam

Welcome to the Community! I’m sorry this has been a frustrating experience so far, happy to help!

To be clear, have you tried to publish the form and still do not view it on the page that the form should appear on, even in an incognito / private window? I ask because even if the error message does not get resolved, it will not prevent you from publishing your sign-up form as long as you have properly integrated your Klaviyo account with WooCommerce, or if you have manually installed Klaviyo's onsite script on your website, then you can proceed to publish your Signup Form as desired.

Additionally, I’d check out these other users who had similar issues to gain more insight!

Thanks for participating in the Community!

Hi @jesseb

Thanks for sharing your question!

Do you mind sharing if you followed through publishing your form and still do not see it on your site? Additionally, did you take the troubleshooting steps above, such as inspecting to ensure klaviyo .js is installed on your site and are still not successful?

Hi Taylor,

Yes, I published the form and still do not see the pop-up load.

The Klaviyo js scripts load as seen here:

Form is published live:

Targeting rules are: show when visitor exits page, all devices, all visitors - no other restrictions.

Tested in incognito. Still doesn’t work.

UPDATE - After doing more testing, I got the scroll 30% down the page to trigger the pop-up. Looks like just exit-intent is not working.

UPDATE - Now it completely works as expected. This is so strange. Please disregard!
