I have successfully created my first embedded form and have this on my home page here: https://yourmindcloud.com/. However when I tried adding it in another location it did not show up: https://yourmindcloud.com/connections/.
Is there a limit to the number of places you can have an embedded form with the free version?
Otherwise is there some other reason why this second form does not show up?
I also tried cloning the first form and pasting that snippet and that did not work either.

Yes, embedded forms should be able to be posted on multiple pages of your website, this feature isn’t restricted to whether or not you’re a paid account.
