Can you please implement personalization fields in SMS quick responses?

Such as first name, etc.

@blissy I gotcha, yes! We have personalization in the standard campaign content but in quick responses is a different story. I’ve logged your feature request with the Product team. :)

Customer is Jonny Good.

 

Instead of template: “Your order will be shipped within 48 hours.”

 

Template “[FIRSTNAME], your order will be shipped within 48 hours.” will result in

 

Jonny, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
