Why isn't my "Create a sign-up form" step marked off as done in the SMS checklist on my Klaviyo account Home page - does that mean something is wrong with the Sign-Up (since I already created and set the multi-step form live?) 

It’s populating on our site, so I’m unsure why my account is not registering as having created a SMS sign-up form. This makes me this something is wrong with it.

Let’s find out whether or not phone numbers are successfully added to your list!

If you go to Lists & Segments > SMS Subscribers > Segment Growth, what do you see? Are new people subscribing successfully?

If not, there could be a few reasons why that happens.

I’d firstly have a good look at all SMS Settings in Settings > SMS
