Hello. I am new to Klaviyo.

I recently created a full page form and embedded it as a page in Shopify. I’m using the page’s URL in a campaign to capture SMS consent. I tested the form with my cell and was prompted to send this text:
“Send this text to subscribe to recurring automated personalized marketing alerts (e.g. special promotions, cart reminders) from Klaviyo Library (ref: JOIN)”

My question: Is there a way to edit the ending to replace “klaviyo Library” with my brand name?

Hey @Ivan3s

Welcome to Klaviyo Community

It should automatically populate the name of the brand you use klaviyo for. However you can do the below to edit it,

Navigate to Settings > SMS > Short link

Click on Create Subscribe link - Scroll down and you will see the text that you can edit.

Here is Klaviyo article on it

I hope this helps and thank you for sharing your question here in the community.

Cheers

Arpit

Hello Arpit, thanks for the information.

In the short link text setting page, the text language does show my brand name. However, my brand name doesn’t show in the text customers see when subscribing. I have tried it on several family member’s phones and still see the message end with “from Klaviyo library”

Any other suggestions?

Hey @Ivan3s

this is weird, are you on a paid klaviyo plan?

@chloe.strange @kaila.lawrence can you help them with this?

@Ivan3s you can’t share the subscribe keyword with your subscribers so they can type the text and join your SMS subscribers?

Or you just want to capture using link?

Hello @ali786, I want to capture their SMS using a full page and/or embedded sign-up form

Hi @Ivan3s

I’ll follow up in a DM since this seems like an isolated issue and share back here if there are any details that could help other community members!

Hi @chloe.strange

I was able to figure out the issue I was having. The text’s language can only be edited in the “edit form” portal by clicking on the “phone number” section of the form. This is only for mobile setup. Once the phone number section is clicked, it will bring up a menu with different options, and this is where the text’s language can be edited. Hope this helps anyone else.
