I have an application that (via API) collects the consent from user to receive SMS messages. Double opt-in is setup for this, and as default, users receive the following message to give final consent:

“Please reply YES to receive updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out”

I would like to customize that message, is that possible?

Great question!

You can edit to have those automated messages be more aligned with your brand by navigating to Settings > SMS > Automations. 

There, you can edit and customize your SMS keywords. You can learn more on this from our How to add, update, or delete SMS custom keywords Help Center article.
