Thanks for posting in the Community! Typically it can take 10 to 15 days for the number to be verified as highlighted on our documentation for this. 

While your number awaits verification, do not send from the unverified number. Instead, we recommend getting your account ready so that you can hit the ground running: 

• Set up your popups and other signup forms to collect SMS consent
• Create an SMS welcome series
• Add SMS to your abandoned cart flow 

Note that none of these should go live until your number is verified.
